Trailered out to the Tortollitas today.

It is like riding in an old western movie out here, including the old stone paddock they used to house livestock after stealin' 'em, or whatever they did back then..  Up on the mountain is the lookout point.

See it, the lookout tower is at the top of the hill under that cactus and the corral is down at the bottom. Cool eh?

Old technology meet new technology, yup that is a solar panel powering the pump.  There's them thieves again...
